My neighbour's tree is huge and full of fruit at the very top which no one but the birds can reach... makes me think I'd like to keep mine at a certain height if that's going to be possible. I love fresh and dried figs and that dish of yours looks totally delicious. Someone recently gave me a pot of fig and orange blossom Moroccan chutney. I'd never bumped into it before but will make an effort to find it again now I know how much I like it. Cid Miles,
