Watching him produce that crispy pork belly was the best bit. I know he has influenced a lot chefs and that you have said good things about him but I couldn't warm to him at all. Perhaps the next few episodes will change my mind. Mind you he did say that he was fond of fat pigs and fat women so perhaps I am being a little harsh :) Cid Miles,

Sick of the 'Great British' hypocrisy, all of these chefs cook French food and only go on about British food because it's the current trend.
