The Marsh
Another look at the marsh land near Cleethorpes..
Big clouds, wide open spaces, ships in the distance. This place has the lot. For someone who isn’t partiularly bothered about water, i.e swimming, surfing, boating et al I do like a rugged coastline. I cannot bear busy beaches but a desolate marsh looking out towards the sea gets me everytime and this area of marshland near Cleethorpes on England’s east coast has just that.
It’s great to come here out of season and mid week when nobody is around, a time and place to clear the mind and breathe in the sea air. A real tonic.

A clever photo Miles . Lots of shades of blue . Soothing but even more so in reality I would imagine. Just what I am in need of just now.

V,
Thank you, it’s not always easy with wide open spaces to be honest. Wish I was there too!

I am fortunate to have 10 workshops in 5 days this week; I know that! but in 7 different schools with over 300 kids aged 3 to 11 is getting a bit fraught zooming about Macc. Half way through at lunchtime today!
I love the feel of those wide open spaces. It is revitalising.
