These are perfect for a “long burn” on the palate. Anything more than a dash will hurt you the morning after.

A dash of Linghams or some nibbly harissa almonds….. that’s as close as I’ll ever get to that little demon!

Hats off to anyone though, who can grow something exotic like this. With all the heat and dry weather we’ve been having, not much has grown successfully in my garden this year….. I should have gone for a drought resistant aloe crop (alas poor butternuts tis another disgraceful harvest).
