Nevertheless sometimes the mood takes me and pie it is... before the cold weather melts, perhaps steak & kidney pie made with Guinness for my father's sake. Today though I am attempting a small batch of sushi to suit the palate of your fat-wary brother.... although I am tempted to wrap the whole thing up in a suet crust :) Cid Miles,
