A new addition
This blog falls under the umbrella of miles collins. com, one of three websites it’s purpose was to give the general public an insight into the mind and life of a professional chef free from the ‘touches’ of a ghost writer or editor as well as random thoughts on other subjects of general interest.
The blog came about on the back of the factual food resource site, Gourmetfoodsource.net which I set up a couple of years ago in a bid to offer both professional chef and amateur cook alike some invaluable information on food, recipes, seasonal produce etc.
The photography website is the final piece of the jigsaw, here you will find ‘live’ photographs taken in the middle of a restaurant dinner service, seperate ‘albums’ for individual food groups, seasonal shots of a kitchen garden as well as travel, music and other random interests. The site will evolve in much the same way as the blog with new albums and images added throughout the year(s) so please do revisit.
Simply click on the gallery link which will take you to the first page of albums. Click on an individual album picture to take you to that particular gallery. At the top and bottom of each page you will fins a ‘next/last’ tag to take you to the next page of albums.
