"I don't want to work, I want to bang on the drum all day" and so forth. I bet most of your CV respondents actually feel that way but are under some pressure to do something and so they sent you a resume for a position on your staff and can say that they did so. That doesn't mean that you'll necessarily get production out of them if you hire them though, so be very selective in your choice and good luck!
