Chef Conference London 2008
Caterer’s annual conference
It loks as though I shall be heading to London in May for the Caterer magazines annual chef conference held at the Intercontinental hotel in Park Lane.
This is one of the main events of the year for chefs across the UK to discuss current issues, listen to guest speakers, see new products, innovations etc.
To date the line up includes; Marco Pierre White, Jason Atherton of Maze, David Everitt-Matthias of Le Champignon Sauvage and Sat Bains of ‘The Great British Menu’ fame.
Dinner will include a series of dishes from leading chefs from here and Europe with one and two michelin star status.
Just hope I can get the time off!
I wouldn’t want to be the one who has to do the catering for that event

Sounds like a good event to go to and Marco Pierre White may be lucky to get to meet you.

It must be nerve wracking because the event is full of the biggest names in the hotel and catering industry.

This is a must for a top chef like you and part of your job. The notice seems to be more than long enough. We look forward to hearing all about it.
