					<description>Miles,

I honestly wasn't insulting the tie. I just thought it was you and that you liked ties. Thought I'd send you an American version. Vintage. And by the way, I rewrote your bucket list to EXclude anything work related. :-)

					<description>Miles,

I had one of the most memorable meals of my life in Wengen, eating cheese fondue and drinking the finest wine I've ever tasted. The wine was from a small vineyard somewhere in Switzerland. I thought I would never forget the name and now it escapes me. The wine, the cheese, the ambiance -- sharing it with my special friends was a highlight of my life. Thank you for reminding me of that night.

					<description>Miles,
Entertaining with fondues some years ago was all the rage in Germany. Coyping the Swiss idea there were sets of fondue pots both electrical and basic to be seen everywhere.
I resisted the temptation to buy one because I felt that these things are best to be used and experienced in their own countries.
I guess in a way it is a bit like wonderful italian dishes. However much we try, our ingredients are not the same and the whole ambience is missing. But how wonderful to be able to experience the original :).
