					<description>Happy Easter,  having lamb here as well,  Lamb ragu lasagna.  I will have to pick up the book you mentioned in the previous post - very few cured or smoked products I dislike.  It just really never occured to me to try it myself, other than gravlax.  Thanks for the heads up.</description>
