Bah Humbug!
The festive spirit is begining to wear off!!!
Well that didn’t last long I hear you cry! Last week I was banging on about feeling festive well I’m holding on to that feeling for dear life but I fear it is ebbing away. The closer it gets the more tired I become and frankly, annoyed at the whole thing. Christmas shopping drives me nuts and this year is no exception.
So what’s a man to do? Well, have a drink, that’s what! So here’s my latest tipple of choice and one I consider most apt for my current mood……
Brewed in Oxfordshire by Wychwood this fine strong ale (5% no less) is, and I quote their Head Brewer, Mr. Moss: “Brewed with the choicest hops and malt, lightly spiced with cinnamon. This is a rich ale complimented with subtle tones of dried fruits. To those who say Christmas is a thing of the past we say Bah Humbug! Don’t be a misery-go on, enjoy yourself”
Wise words indeed Mr. Moss and ones I shall bear in mind the next time I feel a little perturbed. Cracking one of these open might help too!

This might be the ideal time to recycle some gifts, Miles. You know… the unopened pack socks which James gave you last year… give em back! The thoughfully chosen handkerchiefs from Wendy… give em back! And so forth
