I've got a fledgling butternut squash in the garden!!! Yes I can hardly believe it but there it is and every day I take a peek into the undergrowth to make sure it's still thriving, like a mother hen :) Don't celebrate too early Miles, it's not a done deal until it's baked and on my plate!
