I haven't tried any of the recipes yet, but I'm always interested in which fish are sustainable and which aren't. Here's the link if you're interested. I think this is really helpful, a dish that anybody would be proud to serve but also one that anybody could do - whatever their level of confidence (I believe a lot of cooking or the lack of it is down to confidence rather than capability) I might get some squid tubes - not heard of them before All the best Rod Chef,
